Jackie Arredondo is a celebrated vocal coach, music-industry expert, and educator with more than 40 years of experience, including nearly three decades of dedicated teaching. She is the founder of Jackie Arredondo’s Music World, a vocal and performance academy known for personalized instruction, professional standards, and a commitment to helping each student develop confidence, technique, and individuality.
From Performance to Artist Development
Jackie’s work in the music industry has taken her from performance and artist development to television, vocal coaching, and talent training. Her experience eventually led to opportunities with major music and television organizations, where she helped develop emerging talent and prepare artists for professional performance.
Singing by Sensation
Jackie developed her signature teaching approach, “Singing by Sensation,” to help students understand the physical sensations involved in healthy vocal production. Rather than relying on imitation alone, students learn to recognize what their voice is doing, develop greater control, and build technique in a way that is personal to their own instrument.
More Than Vocal Technique
Jackie’s coaching goes beyond singing. Her work emphasizes confidence, communication, stage presence, interpretation, performance skills, and self-expression. She has also worked as a public-speaking coach, helping individuals communicate with greater confidence and connect more effectively with their audiences.

Throughout her career, Jackie has collaborated with artists and professionals across the Latin and international music industries, including Gloria Estefan, Paulina Rubio, Prince Royce, Alexander Pires, Rita Moreno, and others. She has also worked with respected producers and industry professionals, and has prepared talent for major labels including Universal Music, Sony, BMG, and Warner.
Teaching with Purpose
Today, Jackie’s focus is on giving students of different ages, backgrounds, experience levels, and abilities access to high-quality voice and performance instruction. Through Jackie Arredondo’s Music World, she works with aspiring singers, performing artists, children, adults, and students with unique abilities—helping each person discover what their voice can do and develop the confidence to use it.
The Journey
Jackie’s professional journey has included work with Sony Music Latin, Telemundo/NBC, and Univision, developing and training talent for music and television. Her extensive television career includes serving as a vocal coach on Sábado Gigante, Protagonistas de la Música, and 11 reality television productions, preparing performers for the stage and national and international audiences. Throughout her career, she has also worked alongside prominent producers and music-industry professionals, including Emilio Estefan and Tommy Mottola, contributing to the development of both emerging and established talent.
The Work
At the heart of Jackie’s work is Singing by Sensation, her signature approach to vocal training developed through decades of teaching and professional experience. Rather than relying solely on traditional instruction, Jackie teaches students to recognize the physical sensations involved in producing the voice, helping them understand and control their instrument from within.
